  • Web Browser Settings:
    1. Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level


    Enable Active scripting and Scripting of Java applets


    Java permissions - High Safety


    2. Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy
    Move the slider to "Medium"


    3. Select Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced
    Enable SSL 2.0/3.0


    Enable Java(Sun) and Microsoft VM
    Check if the Microsoft VM can be found.  If there is no Microsoft VM being installed, check whether the Java(Sun) plug-in is in place and selected.  If neither one observed, Sun Java Runtime can be installed at  http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
